Numb - That's it exactly. Last night my Kindle hit the floor, I was so zonked out - but then - crazed big eyes time.
Mags - Jealous of your Fish & Chips. Haven't had decent ones since my English grandmother passed years ago. I try, but can't quite master it!
Daisy - Grateful for Lulu's unsuccessful hunting excursions.
Courage - Yes - so very grateful for them!
Grateful I didn't overeat today. Protein bar for breakfast, yogurt for lunch, not sure about dinner. Hope I don't blow it.
Grateful for some things reopening - I just hope people are sensible.
Grateful for all who show up and post here. I'm so glad to know you.

Grateful for a sober and present morning.
Grateful to write myself a shopping list and go out first thing and get what's needed, very little queuing too.
Grateful to get flour, it's the first time I've seen it in the shops for weeks.
Grateful to be in good health and grateful that my family are the same.
Grateful that the workmen have arrived this morning ( I'm not really because it's noisy, lol) to point part of the gable end and the front wall, they are masked up too and have brought flasks and their own supplies.
Grateful the sun is shining now, though it's cold.
Grateful this site is working properly now, it is for me anyway.
Grateful for all our key workers.
Grateful to written out a food plan for today, I'll be even more grateful if I stick to it.
Grateful for this thread and to read your posts.
Grateful for each and every one of you.xx

Grateful Zip getting zzzzzzzzzzzs.
Grateful my new keyboard comes tomorrow.
Grateful for coffee. Rough need of sleep last night as storms kind of raged until early a.m.
Grateful that although my son basically did nothing other than eat and play video games yesterday, I did hold my line on making him do a chore. I didn’t get mad and I didn’t negotiate but told him that I loved him too much to send him out in the world not knowing how to be responsible for basic things. He was not impressed with me but he eventually did it and I felt better than I do the times I just get mad at him until he does something.
Grateful it should be a beautiful day.
Grateful to do a zoom with some work friends last night.
Grateful for this lovely group.

Grateful for more tree house yoga this morning after I finish up here.
Grateful that although I felt like an abysmal failure on screen limiting again yesterday, I did take some of the time to do a couple of the things that I always think I wish I could do but don’t have time to. I re-read some passages from the parenting book my therapist is big on to help frame up a discussion I or we will have with our kids soon. I went for a walk on my own. Just walked out the door and had my thoughts and nothing else.
Grateful one of the other small victories I’m counting is getting the Internet-limiting device I ordered started up. i like that for a while I can just observe usage before even needing to set limits. I mean, I need to set limits but I need to get more transitioned at work and I need to figure out the software better. I do like that if nothing else it blocks Internet access for the kids between certain timeframes. Right now that’s just at night but I could see it growing from there.
Grateful I’m in a better mood today than I was yesterday. Of course, it’s early still!
Grateful I didn’t stay awake too terribly long in the middle of the night worrying.
Grateful Fearless has some more support coming soon.
Grateful for this week, kind group and all of you in it.
