I am grateful that I didn´t relapse yesterday, even though It was close. I am grateful it gave me a wake up-call to get back into doing the steps.

Oh, and I am grateful for coffee. Sure, opiods may be nice, but have you ever gotten that first cup of coffee in the morning just right? Now that´s som serious feel good **** right there!
