Grateful for 90 days sober
Today I am grateful for not drinking for 90 days. I usually had wine each day after work for over 15 years. This is the first time I have not drank every day except for once years ago I did not drink for 2 weeks due to being upset about someone close to me making a really bad choice in their life. So I was too upset to drink or eat. But this time it was a concious effort to decide I want to live a healthier lifestyle. I cut down last November and only had 4 drinks from mid- Nov to Christmas. From then on I have not drank any alcohol. Praise God.
- I am grateful to alive and healthy, and my loved ones.
- I am grateful to be working and to have things I am interested in, as there were times this was not true.

-Grateful to have food, shelter, God's protection and LOVE.
