Grateful that Billie didn't pee in her crate while I was gone this afternoon. I rewarded her with a long walk when I got home.

Grateful for this new fitness 'toy' I have now. I've never had a pedometer before and I think it's really neat to see how all my steps add up to miles each day. Billie and I are getting our exercise.

Astro, I will have to check that out. Jack Ryan
Least, so great about the pedometer and exercise you and Billie are getting
Aly, my dear sober sista. I feel your pain. It was an emotionally low day for me too. It was ok to begin with. Then things took a turn for the worse when I realized my manager may be back sliding on his support for me regarding my cdc (crazy demanding client). This is a grueling week already with other client meetings, then this happens. I have no idea what it to come. I’m prepared to present and say what I need to say, even if ultimately I just admit this is totally outside my control. I am powerless. I need help. It is ok to admit that. At the same time, I am struggling with this. I actually feel in a bit of a panic. Like I could seriously have a panic attack. Right now.
Grateful that I realize regardless of the alcohol sobriety, I’ve got to work on my emotional sobriety. I need to go back to Russell Brands book. Love him!
Grateful to take a hot bath
Grateful husband is taking care of dinner. Grateful to laugh because the grocery store is still out of the GF pizza brand sonny boy eats, and husband accidentally bought him a cauliflower pizza crust and realized it when he went to open the box. The look on his face. Priceless. We will see how this goes with a sensory picky eater. Lol
Love you all so much!

Grateful sonny boy ate the cauliflower pizza and liked it and had no idea what it was made of. There’s a new food in the bag! Who’d have thought it?

Cauliflower pizza crust sounds good to me. Glad Sonny Boy liked it.

I am grateful for Lily, the only one of my three cats who comes upstairs to the den to visit me and Billie, her dog buddy. Grateful that Lily loves dogs so much. She really had a thing for Jack and would embarrass him with her overt displays of affection.

Grateful for my critters - past and present.

I'm glad you're enjoying this least, I wear a Fitbit and my daily goal is 10k steps. It's pretty fun when I work a concert and hit 20-30k, walking makes such a difference in my physical health.

Grateful for fitness of any type.

I'm tired, didn't get to bed early enough, but I'm grateful my son wants to meet for coffee & donuts this morning.

Daisy, I'm sorry you're having vehicle troubles and hope you can get them fixed without added stress
