Sunday took a nice long walk on the beach with my daughter...the sun was out it was a beautiful day.... seen a huge pod of dolphins just relaxing enjoying the sun also....had a nice lunch on the bay ...seen a group of differant age people sitting at the bar getting slowly drunk and glad it wasn't me.cause I cant have just one without the phenomenal of craving kicking in...I have accepted the first step totally....but for the grace of God......

Love this! It is indeed amazing the things we begin to see in the first place, and indeed can be grateful for, as we live sober.
