Astro, I do have flat feet, like dinner plates , but not hammer feet, so it's flat feet, bunions and trigger fingers for me. Gosh, it's hard work being so cute

Thank you Suki for sharing such a beautiful tribute to all those who lost their lives in the 9/11 tragedy. May they rest in peace.

I'm so sorry you've been feeling down Aly, I'm sending you a big gentle cyber hug ((( ))). Keep on saying the sick man prayer and the serenity prayer, you are not responsible for their happiness, only yours, so be kind to yourself my lovely. xx

Thank you dear Pondlady, I have been offered surgery on both my feet but declined for now, I just couldn't manage being unable to drive, though I hate it, at this moment in time. I really need to drive with having my 9 yr old g.son living with me and for running my 86 yr old, fit as a fiddle, mum around. As long as I can get shoes wide enough and they are not hurting me, I can manage. I'm fine, all is good. xxx

Grateful to be going to bed sober again.
Grateful to have phoned and made 2 appointments today that I've been putting off until tomorrow for the last 2 weeks!
Grateful that though the weather has been grey and miserable it's been quite warm.
Grateful my g.son went to sleep early, he's horrible when he's tired, just like me.
Grateful my mum is well.
Grateful to paint a pebble tonight, I've done a sunflower and I quite like it.
Grateful for a cup of tea.
Grateful for a hot bath and fresh p.j's.
Grateful for all my have's.
Grateful to love and to be loved.
Grateful for everything we share here, humour, sadness, love and empathy.
Grateful that I'm on this journey with all you lovely people, you help make it all worthwhile.

Aly love, hugs from me too. families can be so hurtful and frustrating. I’m pleased you have enough sober muscles to not pick up over problems. It was always my escape too. Your friends at SR (us and many more)will lift you up when you’re down. Lots of love xx

I'm grateful to be a member of the FFC (Funky Feet Club)

Grateful the grandchildren are coming over this weekend so it's time for grandpa to put on his pancake making hat.

Aly, I pray that you have a calm and restful weekend and can detach from thoughts of family dysfunction. I know it's so hard, but yeah nothing a drink would improve. Sending you lots of healing hugs

Thank you and I am so grateful to all of you for your love and support. It means the world to me that I have such wonderful friends here. I know if I needed any of you, you would be there. ♥
Grateful for an interesting shift volunteering at ARF. Both of the dryers broke and the dishwasher. There were big baskets of damp laundry sitting around. They'll probably have to re do them again. Grateful it is such a cool place. Grateful I volunteer for a place that has so many resources to share with the animals and community.
Grateful my sobriety makes these things possible and I can feel again.
Grateful so much for every single one of you! ♥
I hope we haven't lost Fearless, I don't think I've seen her for a couple of nights. Special prayers for anyone struggling in any way tonight. Peace and love to all of you.

Grateful for, people who hustle, because I love to see how our hustling employees bring smiles to our guests and provide them with a great experience. Grateful for my "fun job" and the laughs and life experiences it brings me and the new people I meet.

Grateful that Billie's presence in the room makes me feel at peace. Like my paperweight says: My goal in life is to be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.
