Thank you all, I had a restless night because this involves straightening of my legs and spine, and of course it curves the arch in my feet, but after a few weeks the discomfort should settle down.

Thank you God for this body that's as perfect as You made it, I'm so thankful to be able to get around and enjoy the outdoor activities that feed my soul.

That is what they often say about orthotics, Astro, esp with some people, the adjustment can make you sore for a while. I think they say only wear them a few hours a day at first sometimes. I sure hope your body adjusts and you feel better soon. You don't need another thing interrupting your sleep! :hug:

Thanks Aly, naturally I'm stubborn and I overdo it. I wore them for a short time the first couple days and then yesterday I worked an event and had them on for 7 hours. That wasn't a brilliant thing to do!

Thank you God for this day to worship, and for time this afternoon to do some work around the house and meal planning.
