Morning Gratitude ~ Part 91
Daisy - The bears usually go after the seed after a long winter. There's not much for them to eat when coming out of hibernation. They have to empty a whole birdfeeder to get enough to fill their tummies.
Mags - I don't think they'll be offering bear food around these parts. I'd be happy to share dinner with them, providing they'd keep their paws to themselves.
Rose - We have something in our ceiling too - I think it's mice, but could be something larger.
Fearless! Maybe we have raccoons. Never thought they might be inside the house - they're in a tree nearby though.
Glad you're home - and that you enjoyed yourself in Chi-Town.
Grateful for bright sun & a heavenly breeze.
Grateful for continued weight loss - despite the fair food I consumed.
Grateful to be picking blueberries.
Grateful for each & every post.

Mags - I've just been reading Goldilocks! (Not my nighttime book of choice you understand but to my granddaughter). So, Hev - we want a photo of the bears sitting round your patio table eating their breakfast.....
Daisybelle - glad that Mr D.B.'s cough is getting better. A number of my friends and my sister have been struck down with really bad coughs this year.
Fearless - I am absolutely beyond horrified at that story of your raccoon! Your poor son. I'd be an absolute wreck. Your trip to Chicago sounds like fun, especially the shopping.
Aly - hope the headache has finally gone, or is going.
Grateful to be going home today (and to be saying goodbye to nighttime animals)
Grateful the weather in London seems to have decided to improve especially for my return
Grateful I've got everything into that small case. By courtesy of that special travelling law I seem to have more to put in going back than I had going out even though I've bought nothing. I've had to abandon the careful rolling and taken to cramming.
Grateful to be sitting here on a sunny morning with a cup of tea 'talking' to you all
Grateful for old school recovery (Rusty - you'll be able to sue me for plagiarism soon!)
The start of a new week. And we're all sober. Enough said.

Grateful to be of service to my "other" online group. Guest hosting meetings, as well as hosting my own, is keeping me connected to others in recovery.
Grateful for SR. This will always be my home!
Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful to see some new (at least new to me) folks in here. TexasDi, Austerities. Welcome or welcome back as the case may be.
Grateful that I got to be back in my bed last night after a very impromptu trip to a friends’ ranch Saturday night (though I did manage to get some watering in before I left, phew). It wasn’t animals but the room we slept in gets scraped by a large tree and somehow it sounded like non-rhythmic metal clangs throughout the night. Or barks/cries. I hardly slept at all Saturday night.
Grateful for the divine comfort of one’s own bed.
Grateful for swimming pools.
Grateful for being here with all you fantastic people!

Rose - Ok - if I can get them to sit still long enough.
London - a lovely place to be returning to.
Fearless - Envious of your waves & gulls. (Lived at the ocean once, really miss it.) Have a wonderful time.
Grateful for us!
Grateful for my precious sobriety, each and every day. The feeling of freedom never gets old.
Grateful to feel that we can share most anything here.
Grateful for what's left of summer.

Rose, thank you, you're so kind. Epidural headache is gone. ♥
Rusty, you are in my thoughts.
Grateful for Luke's big, wet nose waking me up this morning. What a precious dog.
Grateful to be up and doing a lot of laundry this morning (I think). Grateful for my several days of rest & doing what I want. Back to the old grind this week.
Grateful for all of you so very much. Peace and love to all. ♥♥♥
