miracle to feel this
 

i am so lucky to feel this freedom from drugs. i am grateful to feel grateful. i am grateful to feel those closest to me, and return the compassion times three. and most of all, i am grateful to feel something. to feel something and identify what i feel. and i am so very grateful to feel anything. i am so thrilled to look in the mirror everyday and say, "yes, Seana, you are a productive member of society." and i can tell myself that i love thee. i am so grateful for this site, and all those entwined in it. and i am no longer so heavy of a heart, because i can feel. i am not numb.

i have more room now in my heart to look for the addict who still suffers, and to spread the message of my recovery to all that need to hear. thanks for reading!

I know the feeling!! I am now 4 months clean and i have never felt better!!!
