Daily positive Affirmation!!
Hi folks ,
I am starting a daily positive affirmation thread here.Please add your daily reflection here and retrain your mind together.
Let's make our affirmation in assertive way.
For example who is not aware of,
Wrong :- I don't want to be ill.
Correct:- I create a healthy life.
Today's my affirmations.
1.I live sober life at all time.
2.Sobriety gives me peace of mind .
3.I am sober and confident.
4.My mind and brain is clearer day by day.
5.I create good healthy habits.
6.I heal my body ,mind and spirit.
7.My relationships are healthy.
8.I work for better career.
9.I love myself and others.
10.I am source of love.
11.I accept the life as it is and healing/recovery will begins.
12.I am unique and have no comparison.
13.I see all good in my life.
14.I am recovering well.
15.I love exercise.
16.I eat and drink healthy food.
17.I sleep well and my body repairs well.
Repitition of aiifrmation is the key that goes into dean unconscious and become the nature of life.
So never worry about to repeat them every day .
I would love to see others from you.

I'm focusing on gratitude for having first world, sober person problems. And using that to be of service to those also affected by them. Especially one person I struggle to "like" who is a central figure in our family life.
So as a daily affirmation, I'm capable of all the above.
