Grateful to see Erratic back
Grateful to see others around the world talk about different weather patterns aside from triple digit heat wave
Grateful that sugar free, dairy free and GF ice cream tastes good. What the heck do they put in this stuff? Hopefully I’m not going to get cancer. Lol
Grateful to have dinner with an old friend and reconnect last night. I suggested the local pub bar because she likes to drink. She has always been a heavy drinker and I had distanced myself when I stopped. In hindsight, the bar was not a good idea because it’s basically enabling. In any case, she is no longer drinking. Yay! The server brought over two shots of tequila ordered for us by a man at the bar. We both respectfully declined 😊
Grateful I have reached a place in life where I feel good about myself, self confident, and trust my instincts.
Grateful for each of you and all your uplifting posts!

Hello Erratic! Grateful for your presence here.
Grateful for being motivated to de-clutter & get rid of stuff.
Grateful for a non-moody husband. Always upbeat - not sure how he does it.
Grateful for a small weight loss - must keep going.
Grateful to no longer be oblivious to all that's going on around me.
Grateful!

Grateful to be taking Luke to the groomers today. Grateful he seems to do well with this woman, who also has Shepherds. Poor Luke and his separation anxiety!
Grateful I think the rest of the day will be relatively calm.
Grateful for my blessings and my sobriety.
Grateful for all of you so much!♥♥♥

Grateful to sleep in a bit this morning. I guess I needed the extra rest!

Also grateful that I don't do that often any more. As I rushed a bit to head to work I was reminded of how many days I would roll out of bed already late, still drunk or hungover, and drive to work feeling awful, having barely showered or eaten anything.

Grateful those days are behind me and grateful they are never coming back.

Grateful I don’t have to feel like I’m going to throw up when I take a shower in the morning (what was it about the shower that made the post-drinking nausea so powerful? The heat? The water pulling out toxins? I’ve never figured it out).
Grateful work is remaining relatively manageable for the present (knock wood!)
Grateful I’m at least up in time to work out, even if I don’t actually want to.
Grateful for the chuckle I got seeing all the veggies in Daisy’s post...i ate so poorly yesterday the only “veggie” i had was a cookie decorated to look like a carrot.
Grateful we pick up our son tomorrow.
Grateful a friend I’d been missing and wondering whether she still harbored some bad feelings reached out yesterday as though she’d been reading my mind and took me to lunch.
Grateful to be here with you and for this day.
