Fearless - Mt. Lion/Puma/Cougar - I saw one too a couple yrs. ago. Here in NY they are not supposed to be around, but several people have seen them. This guy was right near our back yard. Someone told me it was probably just a large house cat, or a bobcat ....um - no it was not!
Grateful it's not hot today (but does it have to be in the 40F's?)
Grateful all my flowers are still living a week after planting them.
Grateful that we finally realize none of our troubles will be helped by alcohol.

Grateful I got to go to sleep when I wanted to last night and didn’t have to get anyone but myself to bed.
Grateful for a quiet house in which to do yoga (at least half the time i try my daughter wakes up and turns on one of her obnoxious shows so yoga time is interspersed with us arguing over her show and her volume...super relaxing )
Grateful the return to work yesterday wasn’t too terrible. Only 200 emails for a week. Sometimes i get that in a day so I’ll take it!
Grateful there was some good news hidden in my emails on work stuff. I’ll take that too!
Grateful that even though I accidentally started brewing my coffee last night when I was trying to program the darn thing, I caught it in time and the coffee doesn’t taste too bad.
Grateful to mostly be embracing the fact that I’m just going to go through life saving gobs of recipes and articles to different sites with the intention of making, reading, doing, or whatevering them. But in reality I mostly just collect them.
Grateful for my team who admirably held down the fort while I was gone.
Grateful for all of you.

Hev, I too am grateful to able to come here and at night to be able to post on these grat threads, with a feeling of being so welcome and supported. ♥♥♥
Grateful for my appt with my doctor. Trying not to get my blood pressure up for it.. It's fine until I go to certain doctors. 
Grateful for air conditioning, It is so hot here today and supposed to be all week. Well into the 90's. They are saying it may be a hot summer this year, GratefuI I am praying the wildfires won't be so badly this year.
So, grateful that you are all here to make this a great thread. ♥♥♥

Expenguin hello! And I am so happy you are here (or back as the case may be). 2 cancers is a lot to overcome.
Grateful for going to bed and waking when I want to, well as much as my body and schedule will allow that is.
Grateful for a clean house.
Grateful for state parks and for joining the REI co-op yesterday. Hope to get a little better about exposing my kids to the outdoor life.
Grateful to run into a friend/acquaintance who is proudly in recovery yesterday. She knows I am too and it’s kind of good (albeit strangely a little scary since I do so much of this anonymously and online) to have another real life friend to talk to.
Grateful for my memory.
Grateful to be here and sober.
