Grateful to wake up sober with no hangover or guilty feelings.
Grateful for a dry day, though it's a bit chilly.
Grateful to watch my g.daughter's class assembly this morning.
Grateful my live in g.son was presented with a certificate for his cross country running.
Grateful to get my grocery shopping put away.
Grateful for prawn salad for lunch.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful to be going to school to watch sports day this afternoon.
Grateful it's the last day of term today.
Grateful to be here with you all.

Grateful for no school today or Monday for the Memorial Day weekend. Though unlike some of you who just ended, we’ve got 2-1/2 weeks to go here

Grateful that my crown turned out really well. I'm glad I finally went to the dentist. Grateful for my mom's help.

Grateful to know that today won't be the beginning of a 4-Day binge.

Grateful to have made it to my 42nd birthday today.
Grateful to be going to the beach today sober with my daughters. They are 13 and 19.
Grateful yesterday was the last day of school.

Grateful my parents are still with us. Talked to another mom last night and her dad died when she was a baby and her mom died ten years ago. Her oldest child is 8 so they never got to know their mom’s mom. She’s such a great mom and it hurts my heart her own mom isn’t there to see it.
Grateful to go out with work colleagues then to an end of year class party and enjoy lemonade and water. The second party had almost nothing to drink. LIke really. Nothing but water that I could tell. I’m so glad I never have to spend mental energy on whether there is wine for me or not.
Grateful to be sitting outside drinking coffee and listening to the birds carry on about whatever it is that animates them so.
Grateful to be taking it easy this morning because I still don’t feel great.
Grateful to be taking next week off of work. I have to keep a loose eye on work until the legislature is officially done. But after that shutting it all off!
Grateful to be looking forward to having adventures with the kids, not having a perceived justification to drink like a college kid.
