Grateful for sun, birds, flowers at last.
Grateful for the ambition to clean out a closet or two. Must get rid of more stuff.
Grateful I haven't killed any of my new plants - yet.
Grateful that drinking rarely crosses my mind - never thought that day would come.
Grateful to meet here every day & share a few of our thoughts. Such good people.

Grateful to be here.
Kinda grateful I let myself doze on and off after the alarm went off. I feel a little zombified. Ok a lot zombified.
Grateful I was raised by kind and compassionate parents. Not perfect, but fundamentally loving and supportive.
Grateful things are always better in the light of day.
Grateful to get to come here.

I had trouble logging in too yesterday and got timed out twice. I made it in the end though.
Grateful to be sober and hangover free today.
Grateful to do the school run and mum run safely in the heavy traffic.
Grateful for a bacon sandwich and coffee.
Grateful for a phone call from my daughter with some 'Breaking news' lol. My g.son no.1 announced last night that he is sick of eating the same foods and wants to try something different. He has said that he will try curry and rice as long as there is nothing in the curry, in other words he will try rice and smooth curry sauce. If he likes it that will bring him up to 7 foods he eats
. We live in hope. x
Grateful this same gorgeous g.son was presented with 2 awards at school, one for having one of the best all round interim reports in the year group and the other was a special effort award. I'm so proud. xx

Grateful the weather forecast shows good weather for the weekend. ( We'll see.)

That is so special about your g.son (aka Sheldon), Daisy. My son is up to about the same number of foods now. This does not count all the yoplait yogurt’s he has tried. He’s tried every single flavor and feels each one of these should count as a new food tried to add to his point reward chart. We are going with this for now. He’s also been branching out to different pasta shapes. He has big texture aversions, so this is progress too. Congrats on the school rewards too!
Grateful to have gone back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night, and to have generally slept well.
Grateful for the new Calm meditation app I discovered. Free trial ends soon and I think I’m going to pay the twelve bucks a month. Who doesn’t want to listen to calm voice bedtime stories, including one with Matthew McCoughnehey, and water and nature background sounds?
Grateful to feel a little relief after a stressful work period, to have time to catch up
Grateful I might even squeeze in a little yard work
Grateful for each of you and to be inspired and surrounded by friends here

Grateful to be going for a ride on this beautiful day - glad to leave cares at home.
Grateful to acknowledge that I am still evolving, & there can be new realizations every day. (I stunted my own growth for so long.)
