How did your online meeting go FBL? Well done for hosting it.
I hope your headache lifted Aly and you were able to enjoy lunch with your mother.
Grateful to be sober and present this morning.
Grateful to get the school run done safely.
Grateful to have time to post this morning, I didn't yesterday.
Grateful to manage to buy g.son no.1 a new school tie from the school shop, he lost his on Monday, he loses something every week. He lost his football boots and trainers the first week he started at high school, never to be seen again!
Grateful Lulu cat is in good health and is bounding about like a silly kitten.
Grateful my hanging baskets are flourishing.
Grateful for my warm cardigan this morning.
Grateful it's stopped raining, even if only for a short while.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful Anaya's MIL is in good hands and grateful for all her kind carers.
Grateful Fearless's cat lost 1/8 pound, he's probably done better than I have this week, lol.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful to get to go to Target by myself last night.
Grateful for an amazing insurance adjuster. I misplaced my engagement ring or had it stolen (I take it on and off all the time) and he entirely went to bat for us and got the full value of the schedule.
Grateful to use the insurance money to in part save/invest for kids, which seems more fair than singling out one of them to pass down a piece of jewelry to.
Grateful for yummy Thai food.
Grateful for the features on the new van. I think I’m just repeating myself but they tell you when you are out of your lane (and help correct), and when someone’s in your blind spot, and more. It’s crazy!
Grateful for a very full weekend of visitors and fun ahead!

Grateful that I will be getting my epidural for my back pain next week.

Aly - Prayers that the epidural works well & you get some relief.
Grateful that we don't have heat (but does it have to rain yet again?)
Grateful I am not as overly sensitive as I used to be.
Grateful for very little stress in my life. Ironic that I used to think drinking helped keep me calm. It did the opposite.
Grateful SR is 'open' any time, 24/7.
Grateful for the friendship & understanding we share.

Grateful for my grat pack friends dealing with life’s ups and downs, whilst staying sober.
Grateful yesterday’s visit to the vet with my two cats for their annual jabs wasn’t too stressful, on the cats and me!

Grateful Aly’s getting the epidural!
Grateful for a/c. I don’t think it’s all that good for the environment but it sure feels necessary when the heat index is 110+
Grateful to be awake to do yoga even if I don’t really want to.
