Grateful to wake up sober 36 mornings in a row! Grateful that I've been given another chance to get it right! Grateful to not have to lie about my drinking any more. Grateful for the chance to really live and not just 'exist' from day to day!

Grateful that I got my Monday mornings back again. Alcohol took them away for a few years.

Grateful that I finally started yoga again a few weeks ago...and managed to do it early this Monday morning, (A Monday! Mondays were always major hangover days....). Grateful that I had a healthy breakfast afterwards....eating was also something I couldn't manage most Monday mornings.
Grateful I've accomplished more before this Monday noon than I've accomplished in the last 5 years of Mondays!
