I'm grateful for my appetite !

It is so wonderful to enjoy food, to finish everything on my plate, and not have to "choke down" the very bare minimum of nutrients. (Calories were covered by the booze)

Grateful for another day clean and sober.

Also grateful to finally get some time off work after a very busy season. Now I can go ride my quad everyday.

Today I am grateful for my fourth day of sobriety.
Today I am grateful that I didn't wait until I lost everything before I realized what I was doing to myself and the ones that I love.

Dont feel bad. I joined here in Oct. 04 and didnt get clean til May 05. Of course hopefully you wont do what I did. Just glad your here. Stick around.

1. Getting my aasociates degree in humanities & social science.
2. The love and support of my partner.
3. That it is Saturday and I don't have to go to work.
4. My 17th day of sobriety.

Today I am grateful to have a job to go to. I am grateful for the relief and calmness I feel by being honest with other people. I am grateful for my 10th day of sobriety.
