Grateful to be sober heading into a lovely evening.
Grateful a 20 minute nap turned into much longer. I guess I needed the sleep!
Grateful to run into a neighbor who volunteers at Tony LaRussa's ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation). She told me what to expect as a volunteer. I have to check out the paperwork for that and the zoo soon.
Grateful for my blessings today.
Prayers and love to anyone suffering or struggling tonight in any way. ♥♥♥

Grateful to see my spine surgeon tomorrow, early. I hope there are non surgical solutions, but with what I have, we'll see.
Grateful for Luke. My big kind dog. Someone said I should train him as a therapy dog because he's naturally so good. I may look into it, esp if I end up at ARF.
Grateful for my sobriety. In a couple of days, I think I'll have 15 mos sober. I'm not great about keeping track, but I do like to check in with myself once in a while.
Grateful for all of you and your wonderful grats that are shared here! ♥♥♥

So very grateful for 17 days today.
Grateful for the ups and the downs I've experienced the past couple of weeks.
Grateful for waking up in the right mind.
Grateful to God and grateful for making the choice to receive another have at sobriety...(Ive lost count of how many times I've gave myself to the bottle)..
Grateful for my family and kids, even though those relationships are damaged; at least i'll have a fighting chance to make amends whilst sober...
Grateful for the SR community support, love & honesty...
