Grateful for Opi!
Grateful that I read an article about the health benefits of gratitude -similar to the link least sends to newcomers
Grateful I got some good feedback from my work team on a project I completed.
Grateful my son was not having a tantrum after all. He used to thrash around in his room, throw his chair against the wall, hit the wall, etc. so when I heard commotion, I went down there to see what was going on. He was doing cartwheels and somersaults. His newest interest (aka obsession) is stop motion animation. He told me he was doing acrobatic moves with his body to investigate the mechanics and sequencing in order to make a video clip of a character doing these things. Grateful that he is channeling his energy into something productive
Grateful that the later argument with my son was short lived, that I stayed calm, and he pulled himself together quickly. Grateful the challenge of parenting has made me a stronger person.
Grateful for each of you on this sober journey together

So grateful for an A1C of 5.2% today (how could I have forgotten?).
Quitting sugar has proven successful for me in many ways!

Grateful for my walk with Luke today. Grateful for the nice weather outside.
Grateful to let go of a "situation" that was not serving me. Not the easiest thing to do, but necessary. Grateful I'm sober to be able to try to think through some of my issues before they become out of control! Grateful I'm starting to use my tools kind of automatically. Grateful I can walk away from this one relatively unscathed and a little smarter.
Grateful for my many blessings.
Grateful for all of you! ♥ Love and prayers to anyone struggling or suffering tonight. ♥♥♥

That’s great, Stella! My goal is to be completely sugar free, but I sometimes slip. Grateful this is not the case with alcohol.
Grateful for all the yummy and healthy sugar free options
Grateful to be going out tonight and have no interest in drinking (why would I? I don’t drink anymore )
Grateful the weekend is here!

Thank you for the new thread Opi, much appreciated. x

Fearless I enjoyed reading about your sons latest obsession, stop motion animation, that's a good one. My g.son is still currently obsessed with roller coasters, he asked me to send him a pic of one every day from anywhere in the world and he will guess where abouts it is. 9 times out of 10 he's correct and I send him pics from some far away places. He tells me he wants to be a roller coaster ride tester when he grows up, either that or a drama teacher! Bless him, he's the apple of my eye ( but don't tell the other 2, lol )

Grateful for another sober Friday night.
Grateful for warm clothes.
Grateful for a toasty fire.
Grateful my daughter saw an ENT consultant today and he is sending her for hearing tests.
Grateful to get home safely from the school run, the traffic was horrendous.
Grateful for a peaceful evening.
Grateful to feel well.
Grateful to you all for being part of my journey. Thank you. x

Not especially grateful that soon after I posted that, it started to rain again. But I'm grateful it's not snow.

Grateful for some much needed rest today, after the week of ups and downs I've had. Grateful I can see the humor in some of it.
Grateful for a nice walk with Luke. The weather is getting so nice, we'll have to extend our walking time. I certainly could use more exersize.
Grateful for the Grat Pack! ♥
Love and prayer to anyone struggling or suffering tonight. ♥♥♥
