Grateful to wake up hangover and guilt free.
Grateful to be fit to drive.
Grateful to deliver the g.kiddos to school safely.
Grateful to bring my car into the dealership to get my faulty ( as in not working at all) speedo checked out.
Grateful my car is still under warranty.
Grateful to be sat in a little coffee shop whilst I'm waiting.
Grateful to be in a better mood today, I was a bit grumpy yesterday and don't know why.
Grateful for my warm coat.
Grateful for the grats thread.
Grateful to you all for supporting and helping me to stay on the sober side. Xx

Grateful Hev’s Internet is back!
Grateful we got a lot of rain again but no flooding. yet.
Grateful to have the chance to be kind and of service today.
Grateful for going back to sleep after the cats woke me up around 3:30, the little one shooting around like a rocket and knocking stuff off the night stand.
Grateful I don’t have to drive out of town today as I thought I would.
Grateful for grat pack.

Grateful to a new sober group of friends to meet up with tonight for pizza making and mocktail class❤️
Grateful for the energy to have a clear out (5 bin bags gone) always brings good cleansing feelings to throw away old clutter
Grateful for the depressing note I hid in a drawer in times of illness through alcohol reminding me how far I have came, I will never go back there

Grateful to finally check in. iPad died earlier then had to get sonny boy out the door extra early Ggrateful for neighbor helping) and off to a meeting
Grateful for the lady walking by early and letting me know about the coffee sitting on top of my car as I was ready to leave. I also had a cup of oatmeal up there. Grateful she saved me time and mess clean up!
Grateful to see the sunrise over the GG bridge
Grateful to recognize the emotional value of venting and simply listening to clients when there is very little within my control to effect the outcome they were hoping for. I wish I could start all of my meetings with the serenity prayer, a yoga pose or at least a deep inhale-exhale. For now I’ll stick with bringing food. Pastries always makes people smile - softens the mood a little when there’s bad news

Grateful to get my teeth cleaned and my first crown started. Grateful I love my dentist and all of his staff. Makes things a lot easier.

Grateful that things almost always seem better in the light of day.
Grateful for unbroken sleep.
Grateful for the roof over my head (even the part that leaks is better than an open sky).
Grateful for cold brew coffee.

Grateful to wake up feeling well rested and very grateful also to look forward to today being better than yesterday. Spring weather just makes the going so much easier when having to get out and about. Wishing a wonderful day to all

Grateful for Least’s long term sobriety
Grateful for a dose of perspective
Grateful that when I come here, I get inspired and a boost of energy. Even on 4 hours of sleep. It’s been a week
Grateful that even though I dropped a few f bombs last night, I didn’t drink
Grateful for the hug from my son who seems to get me
Grateful my husband woke up at midnight to give son cough medicine
Grateful that whatever is in store for me today, I will handle sober
Grateful that I feel confident I will catch up
Grateful to remember a few important things as I go through the day: my higher power, serenity prayer, sick man prayer, I’m powerless (not helpless), seek support when I need it.
Grateful to be in a better mood now Grateful for all of you!
Grateful for Least’s long term sobriety

Grateful for another sober day.
Grateful to deliver my g.children to school safely before my car decided to break down.
Grateful my car is still under warranty and that include a breakdown service.
Grateful I didn't have to wait too long for the breakdown service man to arrive and grateful he was a lovely, polite man.
Grateful he discovered that my battery had failed and went and got me a new one and also fitted it.
Grateful to go and get coffee whilst I was waiting though I wasn't so grateful to step in dog droppings outside.
Grateful for the serenity prayer today, I needed it.
Grateful my hairdresser could re-schedule my appointment to next week.
Grateful to be home now having a coffee and posting.
Grateful to you all for being part of my. journey
