Grateful for food in my cupboard.
Grateful to take my 3 g.children to an indoor skate park.
Grateful the live in one went to sleep quickly.
Grateful for a good cup of tea.
Grateful Astro started a new position today.
Grateful to have a comfy bed to go to.
Grateful for a good book to read.

Grateful for the Serenity Prayer. The last couple of days, I've said it a lot.
Grateful I am safe and comfortable.
Grateful for my sobriety.

Grateful for the end of another sober day.
Grateful my little g.son's other granddad took him out for a few hours this afternoon.
Grateful the weather has been slightly warmer.
Grateful my little cat is curled up beside me.

Grateful my husband took son to piano lesson so I could have some time to myself. Grateful to have had an amazing time with my uncle, to share memories about family, including sad ones like those who died from mental illness, suicide, cancer. Grateful to get his perspective on life, to find humor in even dark times and subjects. Grateful for the connection my son and uncle shared
Grateful that sadness and nostalgia will pass
Grateful I’m sober
Grateful for a good income, to be able to pay for what I need, and save money too
Grateful for medical insurance
Grateful for the simple sweet life and love of my cats and how they lift me up
Grateful for hot baths, scented candles and orange spice tea
Grateful for self compassion
Grateful to feel gratitude!
