Grateful to see some new folks, Chance and Tudging!
Grateful for a fun day yesterday. Grateful that the kids in my life seem more accepting of others differences. Grateful my son has a good small circle of thoughtful friends
Grateful to be paying attention more to my diet
Grateful to have time to get some work done today
Grateful for the opportunity to train a new team member next week
Grateful to be preparing to visit my dad next week
Grateful for all of you

Grateful to wake up clear and sober for day 41!
Grateful for not being constantly de-hydrated by drinking more water and grateful for having clean water!
Grateful for the sounds of beautiful classical music filling up my home office!
Grateful for beginning to learn and apply self-compassion to myself!

Grateful to be up early, dressed and having cup of tea whilst the rest of the house are still in bed.
Grateful for this short amount of peace and quiet.
Grateful my grandson is back with me after a weekend with his daddy.
Grateful to have made packed lunches last night and got uniforms ready.
Grateful for my little cat.
Grateful to have time to read all your posts and grateful we have 2 new grats friends.
Grateful for all your kind words and support.

Grateful I woke up at 5 and knocked out a bunch of work emails so I feel less overwhelmed.
Grateful to learn more about how my grandparents need help, and to also hopefully help them.
Grateful to be in my relative youth. As my grandma told me, you have to be tough to be old. And the stories they tell make me really believe it. People having to have their spouses lead them around and tell them how to eat food, people losing control of their bowels, people losing all their friends to old age...
Grateful I got to spend some time with family.
Grateful I will be home tonight and can take my son to the card shop (think Dungeons and Dragons, Pokémon, etc.)
Grateful to be here learning from all of you, including our new Grat Pack members.

Grateful there are no messes to clean up from weekend drinking.
Grateful that even though snow is on it's way, spring will be here next month.

Grateful for a solid night's sleep and a quiet dusting of snow when I woke up.
Grateful to have gone down into the canyon with Henry and the object of my affection at dusk yesterday and to light a little campfire and watch the stars come out. I can report that Orion is doing well.
