Anaya - Do you have a bulldog or bull mastiff? Love the bully breeds.
Grateful for everyone's lovely kitties too.
Grateful that I will once again have a dog and/or cat when the time is right.
Grateful for the bright sun, even though it went down to minus 20 last night.
Grateful that my husband is never cranky or short with me.
Grateful for this place to be thankful - even for little things - we all understand how much it means to be in good company.
Grateful for Citrus's new beginning. We're with you.
Grateful for the sensible idea of a bathroom coffee station. Thanks, PS.

Grateful I didn't run out of gas doing my errands. I know I've got a gallon in the tank, tho the mileage left says '0'.

Grateful for Green Sweater’s, Fearless’ and others’ observations about reframing situations. Also grateful for the meaningful observation about those who aided others (and hopefully animals) in the brutal cold.
Grateful for the precious moment every day that I get to get out of my work clothes and into my pajamas.
Grateful I woke up naturally today at 4:30, which gave me more time to post and read.
Grateful to be talking to a newcomer and in my own small way trying to offer help and encouragement.
Grateful that my primary thought about our super bowl party is about food.
Grateful for all of you.

Hevyn: Your avatar is wonderful. You asked, "Anaya - Do you have a bulldog or bull mastiff? Love the bully breeds." Loving the bully breeds as well -- glad my canine friend came to live with us, courtesy of him being saved from a bad situation by local animal protectors (years ago). They had described him as an American bulldog. Since then and learning more about the bully breeds, I guess that could cover a lot of ground? He looks like he could possibly have American bulldog, boxer, and some type of terrier mixed into who he is. Thanks for asking Hoping you will get to the point where you can welcome a dog into your home. We waited for quite some time, considering our circumstances and challenges and actually being able to care well for a pup; it was worth the wait.

Grateful to awaken with a fairly positive attitude, fairly well rested and ready to face the cold...though, our single digits and sometimes below zero temps are nothing compared to what some in the US have experienced. Praying for safety and warmth for all.

Grateful for the rain that is predicted to start tonight but hoping that there won't be major flooding or another debris flow.
