Grateful for a sober Saturday morning to re-focus!
Grateful that I don't have to spend the day trying to remedy a hangover!
Grateful that I'm alive still!
Grateful to learn from all of you about how staying sober amidst difficulty!

Grateful to wake up sober after a good nights sleep.
Grateful to be up first and to enjoy the peace.
Grateful to watch my little cat charging round with a little bouncy ball.

Grateful to wake up clean & sober
Grateful that when I did wake up, I fixed coffee and not a shot of dope.
Grateful to have my wife and kids in my life.
Grateful to be alive.
Grateful for today, whatever it may bring.
Grateful for my higher power, the NA program, and a spiritual awakening (even if I am currently struggling)

Grateful for a good night's sleep. That's a couple in a row now. Makes a huge difference.
Grateful for my coffee. Thank you, coffee!
Grateful the thing I have to do this morning will be over soon!
Grateful for evening plans and not isolating even though I am stressed out.
Grateful for having everything I need.
Grateful to be sober. Always grateful for that.

Grateful Trudging is here and if my math is right now on Day 3.
Grateful for a personal hot spot while WiFi down.
Grateful my heart is unburdened after a goood talk with a work colleague about a confrontation last week.
Grateful my grandparents are still alive and I am making time to visit them.
Grateful I got to hold my cousin’s 3 month old baby for a long time last night. The little sounds and determined grunts while she worried a little toy to try and get parts of it in her mouth were priceless.
Grateful I was the first one awake in the house and had time to post and read.
Grateful that I got to spend a fair amount of time yesterday being silly and none of it was alcohol induced. It’s just me.
Grateful for all of you and your wisdom and insights.
