Grateful to know I'll be sleeping tonight because I'm sober and tired, not because I'm having a drunken black out.
Grateful my little cat Lulu is making me laugh with the sucking noises she's making as she's sucking my dressing gown sleeve.
Grateful to see daffodils and tulips sprouting up in my front garden, brightened my day.
Grateful for lemon & ginger tea.
Grateful to be here. xx

Grateful that I checked an important item off my to-do list.
Grateful to be able to do my best, and then detach from the outcome.
Grateful that my house construction is still progressing.
Grateful that we have good contractors.
Grateful for the Evian atomizer I found at Marshalls today (it's the little things).
Grateful that I can fail and struggle and then bounce right back.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful for SR, and this thread - eternally grateful!

Grateful to have seen one of my really good doctors today. No new news, but he's a very decent man.
Grateful it stopped raining long enough for me to take Luke on a rain-free walk.
Grateful to be sober going into the early evening and planning to stay that way.

Grateful to see snowdrops flowering in someone's front garden this afternoon, so beautiful.
Grateful my daughter got home safely after her car breaking down on a busy road this evening.
Grateful for a lovely bath and washing my hair.
Grateful there is no snow ( yet) where I live.
Grateful to be able to be myself here.
Grateful to read all your posts, they keep me going. xx

Grateful that both of my kids pulled it together for the honor roll.
Grateful that my dogs went to the groomer today, even if they look weird.
Grateful for a good conversation with a trusted colleague today.
Grateful that I didn't overreact to a situation with an employee.
Grateful that I found a nice piece of artwork.
Grateful for snow!
Grateful that I've given up my late afternoon coffee habit lately - it's helping me sleep better.
Grateful for the chance to serve someone else in their recovery.
Always SO grateful for SR and this thread.

Grateful to be going into the evening sober.
Grateful to have had a nice walk with Luke.
Grateful that my mom had fun at lunch with a bunch of her friends (she had her license suspended due to a stroke she had, so I'm driving her around until she hopefully gets it back). Grateful she still gets out with her groups of friends.
Grateful for all of you and your wonderful posts. ♥

Grateful to take my little g.daughter out for dinner.
Grateful to hear from an old friend.
