Grateful for the 2 vegan sausages rolls a friend thought to give me at college this evening
Grateful for the good weather so that I could sit outside with my friend and his baby today
Grateful to all that my mother did for me and for the family when she was alive. Thank you Mum x

Grateful to be ending this day sober.
Grateful to go to Chester zoo today with family.
Grateful especially to see the baby elephants, the giraffes, the painted dogs and the stunningly beautiful butterflies in the butterfly house.
Grateful to see my eldest grandson so happy and animated, it was like being on a guided tour with him, he must have studied every animal.
Grateful I wasn't driving.
Grateful to call in the dreaded McDonald's on the way home ( well I'm trying to be grateful, lol).
Grateful to get home safely.
Grateful to be tired now and it's a good tired not an alcohol induced tiredness.
Grateful to you all for being part of my journey. xx

So much to be grateful for. Grateful I made time to check in here. Missed the grat pack. Grateful for the end to a big project. Grateful for weekend plans, getting closer and closer. Grateful for small breaks, moments to breath, and the vast majority of things being good. Grateful I'm sober.

Grateful to be sober, today is the kind of day I would have completely wasted by drinking (snow day).
Grateful for the winter wonderland outside my windows.
Grateful for my dogs, especially the one that allowed me to hold her like a baby earlier - I needed it.
Grateful that I'm starting to get my bedroom and kitchen organized.
Grateful for the old man who said, "young lady, YOU are adorable!" the other day, it was so sweet.
Grateful that bedtime is here.
Grateful for the very interesting book I downloaded.
Grateful that my eating habits were a tiny bit better today. Hopefully tomorrow, they will be a tiny bit better than today.

Grateful for a snowy ski day
Grateful to be relaxing at the end of an active day
Grateful my husband is making dinner
Grateful I got through a short moment of wanting to drink just one half glass of wine (it would have ended up a bottle) and had a cup of my favorite orange spice tea instead
Grateful to look forward to another ski day tomorrow and a dinner out in town
Grateful for all of you, and that I can come here anytime anywhere, as long as I have my ipad
Grateful to be relaxing at the end of an active day
Grateful my husband is making dinner

Grateful for remaining sober through a very stressful time
Grateful the horrible painter that almost ruined my home has been fixing some of his mistakes
Grateful the person who put in my vanity tops was really good at it

Grateful that I'm getting some work in now and starting to earn some much needed money

Grateful to look after a friends little boy for the day, along with my g.son.
Grateful to take both boys trampolining.
Grateful for all the happy memories I have of my beloved dad, he passed away 4 years ago today on his wedding anniversary and I miss him more than you could know.
Grateful to take my mum out for lunch and spend some time with her, it's been a tough day for her today.
Grateful for the beautiful unseasonable sunshine.
Grateful to see all the gold and purple crocus in bloom on a traffic roundabout in town.
Grateful for a relaxing bath,
Grateful to be able to post here.

Grateful for ice water, chai lattes and orange spice tea, all of which taste better than any alcoholic beverage
Grateful my husband didn’t drink much on ski trip
