Grateful that I was able to turn my negative thinking around to more positive thoughts after being rudely awakened this EARLY Morning!

Grateful that I was able to get up & go even though I would rather be sleeping this EARLY Sunday Morning!

Grateful that I can go to a Sunday Morning yoga class.

Grateful that, at age 55, I'm still motivated enough to keep reasonably fit. Being alcohol free keeps me spiritually in shape, but it's nice to be physically in shape as well

My morning gratitude is a bit late today

Congratulations Least!!!!!

Grateful for a sunny day and a long walk with my pup.
Grateful to celebrate my 3rd sober belly-button birthday today.
Grateful I wasn't at all tempted to drink during my birthday brunch. Others did, but they are normie drinkers.
Grateful for family, good friends and SR.
Grateful for sobriety and recovery!

Congrats Least on 9 years!!! Wow! That's wonderful.
Grateful I got a report from one of my surgeons that had some not so good news in it. Grateful to learn about it and get it checked out soon.
