Boy that was so hard to do I woke up at 2am 3am 4am & 5am but kept forcing myself back to sleep it's now just shy of 7am but I'm a lil tired and have a new toothache same tooth at the back the other side

Think I've woken up with a cold as when I blew my nose I had that distinct smell and taste like uh oh... So just had a multivitamin and vitamin C to boost my immune but I've been doing this everyday anyway lol
This may well turnout to be a short session lol time to put the kettle on

For what I'm going to do tomorrow morning which is get the ball rolling for a new ankle it was severely crushed back when I was in active addiction and i didn't go Dr or hospital so it was never seen too and now I have bad arthritis and my ankle locks to the point where I can't even walk on it - Ok that's #1
#2 I really need my Dr to understand how bad my thigh is right now I can hardly walk and when I do my leg gets worse with pain instantly even standing stresses and causes pain where I'm having to use my weaker leg as a prop up - I think I have severe meralgia paresthetica but need to say it to my Dr as they have only set up scans which admittedly I've missed just due to everything going on & stuff
#3 I hurt my shoulder a couple years back and I think it also might need surgery something is definitely wrong and if I'm to continue on the trajectory I'm on I need to be 100% fit and I operate more like 50% and I've had enough I'm 36
Even with pain medication I'm in pain and I've just gotten used to this

Thanks Op ive just let it go after so long because it always scans they have scans from the last 5 years at least but anyway my own fault but today im going to speak with them and really drive home how limited my mobility is right now - Thanks Op
