Grateful that Opivotal continued the thread
Grateful to spend limited time in the use of electronic devices.
Grateful once again for the honey walnut waffles and coffee. I rationalize consuming all those calories by figuring that eating this stuff earlier in the day is better than later, lol.

Grateful to have gotten 8 hours of sleep.
Grateful to be reminded of my operating principles:
1. get 8 hours of sleep a night
2. exercise regularly
3. meditate
4. journal
5. Stay away from sugar.
