grateful for my heart
 

Been 2 weeks without any alcohol which is a new record for me. Usually my heart has always been 100+ bpm even when sober and in a resting state but in the past few days its been around the 80 bpm in resting state, which i think is good enough for now. Also I was getting a pain to my left hip and thats gone now though i should probably get it checked anyway.

Glad you're seeing improvement ozm8ey - but yeah, might be a good idea to follow up with the doc tho? :)
