Oh my goodness, I had a hard, strenuous, stressful, and EXHAUSTING day. And...it felt so good! How wonderful it is when joy comes flooding in, unexpected. Hitting the hay drenched in sweat, tired mind and body. Grateful for the chilled glass of water I drank. All I need.
