Grateful that this headache I woke up with is not due to a hangover! It's still a headache, but I didn't drink to bring it on.

Grateful for my husband who is helping make breakfast for the kiddos so I can slowly wake up (late night, last night.)

Grateful for the earth and my ability to breath and give energy to all living things

Grateful for Reiki

Grateful for my class last night

Grateful for my Mom

Grateful for the gorgeous dogwoods across the street which make each morning something beautiful

Grateful that I have several hours to myself today to get some things done

Grateful for my breath
