Grateful for a good Krav Maga class this evening. Really felt the difference having not smoked for over a week

Grateful for family and friends.

Grateful for a good and loving husband.

Grateful for a safe place to live.

Grateful for appliances.

Grateful for sobriety and recovery.

Grateful for a call today from a friend who wants to get sober.

Grateful to head to bed sober and with my self-respect intact.

Grateful to know that I will wake up in the morning - hangover-free!!!!!

And last, but far from least, grateful for an answered prayer. Thank You, God.

Grateful to give the dogs a few chips to hear that cute little crunch. :) Grateful that altho Jack's hearing is getting worse as he gets older, he can still hear the word "chip" and comes right away. :)
