I’m grateful to be here and 12 days sober. I had a strong start last year but was derailed by a long planned vacation. This time I’m doing it with a lot more care - eating well, excercising and am feeling great! I’m not having many actual cravings, more “oh, it would be so nice to...” but I’ve caught myself every time and feel stronger every day. I remind myself of how awful those last glasses of wine tasted and go and have a cup of tea or walk the dog. I’m very grateful for a fresh start.
