Our dog sheds black hair like crazy, and it feels like she weighs 100lbs when she's pressed up against my back, but I'm grateful she jumps onto the bed sometimes and falls asleep with us.

Today, I was grateful to have a clear mind, feeling physically fine and able to take on the random challenges sent my way. I reflected on my days hung over and not feeling even remotely ok until noon... so happy I'm not there now.
