Grateful to waken fairly well rested; my pain has subsided.
Grateful to Opivotal and all who contribute to make this forum possible.
Grateful to the stranger with whom I exchanged small talk last evening, who made my day; her hopeful expressions were catchy.

- Grateful for the strength I have to get through some tough days.
Grateful the mail is running and my books might come
Grateful for no hangover, no shaky hands, no panic attacks, no sweaty palms, no nauseous stomach, no bottles of wine or beer or whiskey laying around
Grateful for my SO
Grateful for our beautiful tiny cabin with the tin roof. Noticed while I was at my parents I could barely hear the rain.
SO grateful my back is almost healed. I WILL be able to hike and kayak and run free again soon
