So I’ve not had a drink this year, that sounds like a long time albeit 13 feb! Went to my first social family birthday lunch at the weekend and drank fizzy water. Someone commented on how good my skin looked so that was my cue as to why I wasn’t drinking. Don’t get me wrong, I would still love a drink but for now I’m definitely enjoying waking up with a clear head more. I will always be grateful for coming across this site, it’s all of you that make me more positive
