Thanks for sharing! Great article.
I think that my Mom had the greatful gene. I used to call her Pollyanna when I was a kid. I am grateful that she taught me gratitude from the very beginning.

This is a great article. Some days it is so much harder to be grateful but I force it. And even if it’s just a little bit; I do feel better.

Grateful that it was suggested to me that I practice gratitude to strengthen my sobriety. It's done that and so much more.
