- Grateful for Opivotal - thank you for keeping us on track.
- Grateful for a new day, even though I have a horrible cold - I am grateful all it is is a cold/flu.
- Grateful to have all the preparation completed for my daughter's 13th birthday party.
- Grateful for my clients.
- Grateful to have what I have and to be where I need to be.

Grateful for a morning walk.
Grateful fear lessens when I stop focusing on myself as somehow having to manage and control and fix everything and everyone.
Grateful to give myself compassion when I want to do it anyway.

- Grateful to be sober to provide the best birthday party my daughter can have.
- Grateful we got the tent up last night.
- Grateful all 6 of her closest friends are able to attend today for an overnight sleepover.
- Grateful my husband has weathered another rough spot in his recovery - low mood but has not faltered in his resolve.
- Grateful he was able to get all our lawns cut - lots of grass, because we have 5 acres of it.
- Grateful for the amazing weather we are having.
- Grateful for everything.
