Grateful for Hubby to decide to sober up after sinking into a hole for the 3rd time in last Oct. - mid. March (2016 -2017) I just pray that he follows thru and does the right thing in his life .... and not turn his back on recovery...............

Grateful for life...
Grateful for hope...
Grateful for hubby not to follow the wrong path as he is my sole driver and for daughter these next few months as I get thru my cancer treatments each week and I reminded him about it many times..........

Grateful for God as I trust in Him to also be my Guide.....
Grateful for the next stage in my life to travel to San Diego, Ca. in Sept.2017 for another treatment for about two weeks of Chemo. / Stem Cell (using my own stem cells).......

Grateful for peace of mind ....
Grateful for Serenity...
Grateful for Hugs...
Grateful for Teddy Bear Hugs...
Grateful for SR.... you guys are the best......

Grateful for old friends, a nice dinner on the patio and herbal infused iced tea as a refreshing beverage.
Grateful for a beautiful sunrise and cooler temps today.
Grateful for quiet morning time spent with prayer, meditation and SR.
Grateful for sobriety and recovery.

Grateful to witness me in the act of overextending myself and what it does to my anxiety level and what it may do to others on the receiving end.
Grateful to admit I need help recognizing/slowing unhelpful behaviors and beginning helpful ones.
Grateful this road I'm on is more and more about building up and not about disassembling.

Grateful for time spent with an interesting and entertaining gentleman, a friend of the family, who has passed on.
