Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for a pleasant dinner out with friends. I am grateful to be in bed. I am grateful that our request was approved. I am grateful to my sister for organising our dad's 60th birthday event.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to my husband for bringing me breakfast in bed, for doing the washing up and taking out the rubbish. I am grateful to be at the end of a 5 month long marathon of report writing. I am grateful to be in bed at the end of a busy, but fulfilling day.

Toady I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful it's the weekend 🎉🎉🎉 I am grateful to my manager for her help today. I am grateful to be in bed...nothing changes!!! I am grateful for the evening sky today which made me smile.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for the new addition to our family...Betty the rescue cat 🐱 I am grateful for cuddles and playtime with Betty. I am grateful to my husband for cooking dinner...yet again. I am grateful for the new sobriety audiobook I am listening to atm.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful it's FFRRRRIIIIIIIDDDDDDAAAAYYY 🎉🎉🎉 I am grateful for the painkillers a friend gave me. I am grateful that it was still light when I left the office. I am grateful to my husband for doing the washing up. I am grateful to find out that Betty is litter box trained...phew 😥

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was able to drive to my brother and jump start his car because I was sober. I am grateful for my afternoon catnap with Betty 🐱 I am grateful that my sister and brother in law are doing a bit better after their loss 😢

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that due to being sober I was able to help my brother again this morning with his car...which broke down...again!!!! It's great not to have to worry about whether I am still over the limit in the mornings. I am grateful to the assistant at the store who made the effort to locate the item I wanted after the 1st person had fobbed me off. I am grateful for weekend naps.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for hand-held vacuum cleaners. I am grateful Monday is done. I am grateful Betty seemed okay after her first day (well 1/2 day) home alone. I am grateful to read about the 'little things' others have been able to do because of their sobriety.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for tonight's picturesque full moon. I am grateful for my productivity today. I am grateful to my husband for taking responsibility for booking the appointment. I am grateful that Betty let me sleep in till 6.30am this morning!!!! I am grateful for odour eliminating candles. I am grateful for the parking space I eventually got.

I am grateful for the item we had delivered today...I love it 😊 I am grateful that I didn't run out of diesel despite the fuel light coming on whilst I was stuck in a massive tailback on the motorway...phew! I am grateful for my nail art 💅

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that our adopted car got a clear health check at the vets 😻 I am grateful for the feeling of contentment I feel this evening...I am so happy 😊 I am grateful for the amazing afternoon nap I had today. I am grateful it's the weekend 🎉🎉🎉
