Today I am grateful for...
When I wrote the sentence, "I'm looking after myself," today, it wasn't a mantra to ascribe to. It was a deep knowing and a way of being.
And I am grateful for the motivation to return to this forum that came not from desperation, but from both peace and from letting go.
