Well, I'm still not drinking.

I can't remember how long now. Nudging ten years I think.

Hi all.

Thank you very much for your kind words.

I'm trying to change at the moment. I have a melancholy streak that holds me back. I'm used to thinking that I am if nothing else honest, but for some reason it's like my honesty is a barrier I build around myself. Does that make sense?

Any suggestion which forum I should be posting in?
