I still have a ways to go, but I'm trying
Today I am grateful for:
1. the first day of Spring is here and the 60 degree weather
2. everyone coming together to help those affected by the floods
3. strawberries, and sugar free bubble gum to help me stay on my diet

Today I am grateful for:
1. getting my tax appointment made and she was able to get me in on a Saturday so I don't have to leave work early to have it done
2. a quiet, productive day
3. my anxiety has been better this week

Today I am grateful for:
1. having all my nightly chores done so I can go to bed early because I have to be at work early tomorrow
2. my Dad is getting hearing aids and grateful to be able to go with him to his appointment tomorrow
3. a refrigerator full of healthy food

Today I am grateful for:
1. waking up on a Sunday and being able to enjoy the day because I’m sober and not sick from the night before
2. open windows and the smell of spring rain, and the birds singing
3. my Dad’s doctor commented on my breast cancer pen I was taking notes with, and so at the end of the appointment I gave it to her. It turns out she had breast cancer a few years ago. Grateful for her and her getting through that, and for her being patient and taking good care of my Dad

1. even though I was disappointed I didn't make my week weight loss goal, I didn't think about drinking
2. a quiet office this week
3. windows, so I can see the sun and kids playing behind our office even when I'm inside

1. sunshine that lifts my mood
2. the lady that stopped to help the wild turkeys that found their way to a busy street
3. my cat is still here and doing better, although I am a lot poorer financially, but he's worth it

1. finding out my coworker's dad's cancer is in remission
2. calling for a hair appointment today and getting in the same day
3. a yummy and healthy grilled chicken and cranberry salad for lunch

1. my car not starting was a minor issue and only cost $28
2. the nice weather so I could walk to the store on my lunch break

Rusty, that's what I'm afraid of. My car is 13 years old and I really need a new one, but I like not having a car payment. I hope you have good luck with yours going forward
Today I am grateful for:
1. my coworker brining in her daughter to work today (for part of the day)
2. the hand massage from the massage lady my work brings in once a month
3. a new fan for my office my dad surprised me with as it gets super hot with the afternoon sun
