1. matching my longest sober time that I can remember (67 days) which was in my June 2015 class
2. losing 7lbs

Hi Dan, I'm doing ok, thanks for checking in I hope things are good with you?

Today I am grateful for:

1. my brother and celebrating his birthday on Saturday
2. getting some new clothes that I needed
3. I'm still sober, however eating way too much sugar and tomorrow will be 90 days sober so I can't blame cutting out the alcohol anymore, I need to get it under control but I'm grateful to be sober

Try to be gentle on yourself. I went sugar crazy and put on a lot of weight my first year. 12 years later I'm still working on taking that off Progress, not perfection, right?
