2. the man that challenged my mom to a race in their wheel chairs :) I love when people can find humor in things that are difficult, at least for me, to find humor in. It's been a couple of days, and it still makes me smile the joy he had.

1. a work meeting that went better than expected
2. the hospital allowing my brother & me to bring our dogs up to see my mom :)

Thanks Opi :) It was nice of the hospital and my mom was glad to see her. My brother ended up not bringing his because she is a puppy and still has a lot of energy, and just being an English Bulldog she makes a lot of noise. She's so cute though :)

Today- after thousands of posts, hundreds of meetings, burns consults, psychologist appointments, GP checkups, journal writing, art, physio and stuff- I am TRULY and sincerely grateful my son spoke with me the other day- the first time in years. That has been a motivation- for me, to me- by me.
