1. the sky on my lunch break looked so pretty with the fluffy clouds and some sun shining through
2. songs that come on the radio at the right time
3. a new medicine we are trying on my cat, hopeful it helps

1. waking up to a thunderstorm and being able to sleep in because I had the day off
2. my dog
3. being sober and SR for helping me stay sober

1. the sunshine today after the rain yesterday
2. the book I'm reading
3. the nice customer service rep that refunded my lettuce and gave me a $5 credit for a future order

Today I am grateful for:

1. the fan in my office to keep me cool on hot, sunny days like today
2. a relaxing hand/arm massage at work today
3. having Friday off so I can try to recharge a little

Today I am grateful for:

1. a slow day so I could do some catch up since I'm off tomorrow
2. talking to my coworker, which is sometimes hard because she is going through stuff with her dad similar to what happened with my mom, but it was nice to catch up
3. my singles box arrived, the first one and I'm kind of excited to see what's in it :)

1. the cool morning and the breeze coming through the windows
2. a good nights sleep last night
3. the productive day ahead, hopeful I can get done what I have planned

1. waking up this morning
2. my cat's glucose levels are good and he doesn't have to go back for two weeks
3. YouTube videos that show you how to do most anything, I use them a lot :)

1. my yellow flowers are blooming
2. church yesterday and my brother and sister in law going with us
3. my dad and celebrating Father's Day with him

1. it's Monday and a new week with lots of possibilities
2. cuddle time with my dog yesterday
3. healthy food I made over the weekend to give myself a good chance to eat healthy this week

Today I am grateful for:

1. fresh, clean water from the water cooler at work
2. a 4 day weekend and my coworker will be back next week
3. SR, and tomorrow will be 19 months :) grateful to be sober

1. the dad that I've been driving by every morning teaching his daughter how to ride a bike, it makes me happy to see :)

2. learning how to do a glucose check on my cat at home, he's a fighter so it's not easy, but grateful I can do it when I have to
