Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 67
Grateful that Child 1 is going to bed this evening feeling (and looking!) much better than when she got up.
Grateful that I was able to help her out today and not be focused on my own sense of ill-health because of a hangover.
Child 1 woke up vomiting at 1.30am today and had a few episodes overnight. She's spent most of the day on the sofa with either the TV or a book, looking so pale. She's finally eaten a little and seems a more healthy pink again. She's back to giggling at Horrible Histories stories, so must be on the mend.
I eventually got back to sleep at 4.30am, only to be woken up by Child 2 at 6.30am. I look like a zombie. But a sober, present zombie at least.
