Morning Gratitude ~ Part 65
Grateful to be back here again and to read your posts.
Grateful to be in a reflective mental space (or trying to be).
Grateful to be working on a recovery plan (thank you Dee - for your constant reminders throughout SR of the importance of having a plan).
Grateful to wake up tired but sober.

Grateful to read about building resiliency muscles.
Grateful to have the will to build those mussels (even if it's painful).
Grateful for this gratitude thread. It helps me reflect throughout the day what I am grateful for.

- Grateful that when I woke up at 3:30 a.m. I smiled and say to myself "not yet, it's too early" and closed my eyes and immediately slept until 5:17 a.m.
- Grateful to feel refresh and alive for what should be a wonderful Wednesday.
- Grateful for a cozy sweater this morning as we head into cooler Fall temperatures.
- Grateful to look forward to hauling yet another load of junk to the dump today with my husband.
- Grateful my husband made his to-do-list and is excited about scratching things off and getting stuff done.
- Grateful he is talking about his procrastination challenge with me and making progress.
- Grateful for getting resolve in my life.
- Grateful that anxiety and depression along with my other mental illness are in remission and hopefully stay that way with practicing self-care 24/7.
- Grateful to read your gratitudes each day.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful to be getting things done around the house that I had on the back burner.
Grateful for my attempt to have more patience with things that bother me.
Grateful for knowing that I can calm myself down if I just take a break & breathe deeply for a few minutes.
Grateful to know that I can't change anyone or anything but only myself.

Grateful that I picked those flowers before the wild weather came through; grateful for a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep;
grateful for coffee and cream and a choice of pretty cups to drink it from.
Grateful for this thread.

Grateful for this thread.
Grateful to wake up in my own bed
Grateful for remembering what I did last night
Grateful for being able to pick up my phone without cringing with embarrassment at the sad pathetic texts I sent last night
Grateful that I can leave the house today with head held high and not having to hide from the neighbours
Grateful for a clear head
Grateful for not feeling sick to my stomach
Grateful for not hating myself quite so much this morning
Grateful for the conversation I had this morning with my daughter
Grateful for my dog who is amazingly still alive and well
Grateful that my car is still in one piece
Grateful for my beautiful daughters and wonderful friends

So grateful to have this forum in which to interact! And a 'belated thank you' to Opi , as well.
I agree with what Carpathia shared, "Grateful for this gratitude thread. It helps me reflect throughout the day what I am grateful for."
Grateful for a new day, to continue to work on keeping boundaries in place -- to accept and deal with the challenges that this commitment brings, especially in light of recent "drama" in my life. It's not fun to continue to be perceived as vulnerable and as a target for manipulation (by a couple of those with whom I have relationships) and, so, that helps keep me focused and pushes me to keep boundaries in place.
