For the higher temps this September

I am grateful to have a home cooked meal (Mississippi pot roast) in the crockpot for dinner tonight. I am grateful that my kids have practice and not games so we can have an early evening together as a family.

I am grateful for the sunshine! I am grateful to be sober.

I am grateful for a rainy day. We do not get nearly enough of them in Sourhern California. I love listening to the rain curled up with a good book!

the ability to problem solve

For really good books

For a good healthy amount of exercise

I am grateful for being able to spend the weekend with all my loved ones.

I am grateful I can remember how tough and exhausting it is to be a new mom and was able to help out my daughter a little bit.

I am grateful for a sober weekend that allowed me to do the above with energy and pleasure.

To know when to stop exercising lol

For a long hot soak

I am grateful I have just made the perfect cup of tea :)
